Delivery costs just £5 regardless of how much you order.
We usually only deliver within the UK. If you would like us to deliver outside mainland UK including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man Please contact us before placing an order to discuss postage costs.
We aim to despatch items within 2 working days of receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive within 14 working days please contact us.
Items can be collected in person from our shop in Devon, contact us for opening times or to make an oppointment to collect.
We offer free local delivery for customers living within a 5 mile radius of our shop when you spend over £15. Please contact us on 01837 861555 or anna.curtis@youldens-equestrian.co.uk to arrange delivery- someone will need to be in to receive the goods.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund the products within 14 days of receipt provided the products are returned to us in the same condition as they were supplied to you together with the packaging. Please email us for a return slip.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage/insurance as you are responsible for the returned goods until we receive them.
Exchange- An additional postage and packing payment is required before replacement item is sent (unless the item is faulty).
In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective product order you must notify us within 3 working days of your receipt of the products. If it is proven that the error is due to an act or ommission by us we will pay for the return postage and deliver your correct order. If however the the error has occcured as a result of an act or ommission by you then it will be your responsibility to return the goods in their original packaging via registered post or secure courier at your sole cost. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the products safely to us in the latter case and in the event that products are lost or damaged in transit you shall assume full liability for the cost of such products.
Unfortunately,save for in respect of defective products, we cannot accept returns of Special Order items.
Our products are guaranteed for 12 monthsfrom the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is nescessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.
Due to Health and Safety regulations and the hygiene problems involved in the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry ( Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)
